Terms of Service

1. What you get

66Hours builds a website for your business for a one-time fee of $299 (or the price quoted on your invoice). Deliverables: a mobile-first website, two rounds of edits, and your free first year of domain registration and hosting. After the first year, domain and hosting renew at $25/year unless you opt out or take the keys and host elsewhere.

2. Payment

You see the full preview of your site before you pay. We invoice via PayPal or other agreed method. Full refund if we cannot fix things in the two included edit rounds and you decide not to proceed.

3. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included per website. Additional revision rounds are available for a small flat fee (quoted before work begins).

4. Content you provide

You are responsible for any content (text, images, prices, reviews) you provide and for your being to use it. We are not responsible for content sourced from public listings that turns out to be inaccurate in your real business; you can always have us correct it for free.

5. Ownership

When the final payment clears, you own the finished site: the code, the content, and the domain registration (held under your name or transferred to you). We retain the right to show the site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Hosting & uptime

We provide hosting on reliable infrastructure with a good-reasonable uptime, but as with any hosting, periods of downtime are possible. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond restoring from backups we hold. You can always export and take your site elsewhere.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 66Hours’s total liability is limited to the fee you paid for the website. We make no warranties beyond this agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with the updated date.
